Graphexia Labs Ltd develops software solutions and provides IT consultancy services for payment integration. Our services include:

• Software solutions for external hosted payments
• Integration with third-party payment processors (Stripe, PayPal)
• Technical support and documentation
• SDKs and plugins for multiple platforms (Shopify, Magento, and custom integrations)

3. Important Disclaimer

Graphexia Labs Ltd is NOT a financial institution, bank, payment processor, or financial intermediary. We do NOT process payments directly, hold funds, or provide banking services. All payment processing is handled entirely by third-party providers (Stripe, PayPal) in accordance with their terms and conditions. You are responsible for compliance with all applicable laws and regulations.

4. User Responsibilities

You agree to:

• Use our services only for lawful purposes and in compliance with all applicable laws
• Maintain the security of your account credentials and systems
• Comply with all terms and conditions of third-party payment processors
• Not use our services for any fraudulent, illegal, or unauthorized purpose
• Provide accurate and complete information during the KYC/KYB verification process and promptly update any changes to your information

5. Payment and Fees

Our services are subject to fees as described in our pricing documentation. Fees are charged monthly based on total transaction volume. Payment processing fees charged by third-party providers (Stripe, PayPal) are separate and governed by their respective terms.

6. Intellectual Property

All content, features, and functionality of our services, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, and software, are the exclusive property of Graphexia Labs Ltd and are protected by international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Graphexia Labs Ltd shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, or any loss of data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses.

8. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Graphexia Labs Ltd, its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, and expenses (including legal fees) arising out of or relating to your use of our services or violation of these terms.

9. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your access to our services immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason, including if you breach these Terms of Service.

10. Governing Law

These Terms of Service shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which Graphexia Labs Ltd is incorporated, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
